UCSD Hillcrest Medical Center has replaced an existing utilities infrastructure that feeds the campus from the Central Plant. However, the aesthetic result left an undesirable view to the Mission Valley canyon. UCSD sought our services to develop a concept to screen the utilities and create an aesthetically pleasing view from the proposed Dickinson Street plaza. The project is currently in Schematic Design. The attached images are concepts that are currently being investigated.
