The Sombrilla project is a 4-unit development over 1 level of underground parking. The project features three levels of open space planning with private decks and a common courtyard to be shared by the residents. The project is located just blocks away from the urban amenities of downtown Oceanside and seeks to encourage urban development in a unique, eclectic, environment.
