The tenant improvements for Digitaria occupy 9,000 s.f. of the 3rd floor of the Historic Butler Square Building in downtown Minneapolis. The design features open office planning, conferencing space, café, and collaboration studios. Custom designed and fabricated elements were designed for the space including reception desk, community table, various feature walls and architectural built-ins.
Scope of work included: Office Space planning, Architectural Design, FF&E Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
