This project site offers a multi-tenant retail building, drive-thru circulation, outdoor covered patio dining, and six electric vehicle fueling stations. This environmentally conscious model utilizes wind turbine generated power, a waste/recycling center, drought tolerant native vegetation, permeable parking lot and concrete drives, and solar PV collection awnings.
