Historically used as an automotive parts supply warehouse and photography studio, this industrial building was converted to a design studio for Architects, Engineers, Designers and a General Contractor. Design elements and aesthetics within the space were inspired by aerodynamic forms of the aircraft that hum and roar as they pass over the building in their approach to land at the nearby San Diego International Airport.
