Crack Shack Encinitas is the second addition to the Crack Shack Restaurant Concept. Following its big Brother in Little Italy, the Encinitas location repurposes a dated structure to bring life and character to the site and the community. The site, formerly a Coco’s and Azar’s Big Boy, had fallen into neglect and disrepair. The design sought to strip away layers of faux wood paneling, lay-in ceiling tile, and moldy carpet to reveal a beautiful skeleton of a building beneath. The structure features douglas fir t+g siding, large gluelam beams, and brick. The design features custom wall murals, retractable roof, cornhole arena and custom designed furniture.
