The tenant Improvements for Digitaria occupy 10,000 s.f. of the 12th floor of Diamond View Tower. The design features open office planning, conferencing space, café, and collaboration studios. Custom designed and fabricated elements were designed for the space including reception desk, community table, and 6’ diameter 2-person phone booth.
Scope of work included Office Space planning, Architectural Design, FF&E Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
