Farmer & The Seahorse is a restaurant and lounge concept in a corporate office building. The concept is a Brian Malarkey creation which includes a fast-casual dining concept, grab & go, conferencing, and professional meeting spaces. The design features a transformed/renovated Airstream camper within the space that serves as a private dining room as well as conference room. Program requirements included a new indoor/outdoor bar, outdoor patio dining, grab & go retail, conferencing, dining/lounge, and conferencing center. The design aesthetic features a birch branch ceiling feature, baked enamel metal panels, and custom wall graphics designed by local artist, Matt Forderer. Scope of work included Architectural Basic Services, Interior Design Services, FF&E custom design and FF&E procurement services.
