The latest edition of Brian Malarkey’s Green Acre is located in Alexandria Real Estates’ Campus Pointe in the Torrey Pines area of La Jolla. This 12,500 sf restaurant combines the amenities of a full-service restaurant, bar, and counter-service general store. The space includes multi-functional areas for dining and meeting as well as catered events. The design features an organic garden, interior steel and stone gabion walls, custom furniture, (2) bars, and conferencing.
Responsibilities included: construction, interior design, and FF&E fabrication, procurement, and installation.
