The building’s exterior draws from the rich cultural iconography, color, and texture of its immediate context. The interior connects the art of design to the art of making, by utilizing custom designed architectural detailing hand-crafted in the fabrication shop housed within the building. The Guild Restaurant + Lounge, helps to draw people into the up and coming neighborhood, as well as display the wares of the in-house designer and fabricator.
