The Valley Avenue Mixed-Use development is collaborative project with Kathleen Hallahan, Architect. This mixed-use project is inspired by the form and material of its eclectic context, Eden Gardens in Solana Beach. Eden Gardens is a mix of authentic Mexican restaurants, industrial, commercial, and residential uses. The 9,000 s.f. building houses a 2-story office building with an expansive roof deck and 4 townhome style residential apartment units.
